ATX Weihai was established in 2008, the worldwide largest discrete device assembly and test manufacturer. Main products include TO Power series, SOT/SC series, DFN products and others, total more than 50 packages, covers MOSFET, IGBT, SiC, GaN etc, yearly capacity more than 5.7 billion pcs. The products are widely used in electric vehicle, industrial control, automotive electronics, new energy (photovoltaic, etc.), household appliances, and consumer electronics etc., especially a high market share in the field of international brand electric vehicle controllers. ATX Kunshan was established in 2004 with a registered capital of $268 million and a total area of more than 1,700 mu. It provides one-stop assembly and test services for global customers, including package design, reliability testing services, wafer testing, IC assembly and test, and global logistics.

ATX Melaka was established in Mar 2024, thru acquisition of UTAC Malaysia. The factory was established back in 1990 as Toyo Dempa/Panasonic. The factory well established with Japanese's Kanban, Kaizen and JIT Concept. We offered large portfolio products from Discrete, Power Transistor, DFN/QFN and SOP turnkey solutions from Wafer Probe, Assembly and Final Testing. To support worldwide customers' need, we also support warehouse and logistic for drop shipment to final destination.
