ATX Testing Technology Co., Ltd. has been established, setting up two laboratories focusing on reliability and failure analysis. The company has obtained the CNAS accreditation certificate, certifying its competence in conducting eight general environmental tests for electronic and electrical products, ten destructive physical analyses for electronic components, as well as possessing dozens of patents. -

ASE Kunshan officially in operation. The strategically located facility at the Qiandeng Industrial Park, Kunshan, Jiangsu province provides assembly, test, substrate and board assembly manufacturing capabilities. -
