Industry-Academia Collaborations

Technology innovation and talent development are two key factors that contribute to the company’s leading position in the semiconductor assembly industry. We engage in long-term industry-academia collaborations with top universities to enhance our R&D capabilities. We continue to develop industry talent by offering different industry courses and practical training to bridge skills gap and strengthen industry competitiveness.

ATX Group promotes employment opportunities for local students and maximizes benefits through the integration of corporate internships and campus resources.

ATX created key programs like "academia cooperation and corporate internship", "academic research collaboration", and "scholarships" to leverage on the expertise from these academic resources.

ATX Group continues to cooperate with higher education schools to set up sunflower and sinomenine academic qualification promotion classes. The total investment in 2023 is nearly 1.3 million, including tuition fees, red envelopes for new session, scholarships and performance incentives, at present, the company has 203 students. As of 2023, 378 students have graduated from the sunflower and sinomenine education promotion class. The cooperative schools mainly include Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Suzhou Industrial Park Vocational and Technical College, and the University of Sydney, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University and other local institutions of higher learning in Suzhou.
