About ATX Kunshan
ATX Kunshan (ATXKS) is a member of the ATX Group, and officially opened for business in May 2010.

Strategically located within the Yanhu Industry Park in Kunshan Jiangsu province, ATXKS provides semiconductor companies with a broad portfolio of services, spanning IC design, assembly & test, wafer probe and final test. Serving both the domestic and international market, ATXKS offers a comprehensive one stop shop service, providing customers a seamless manufacturing process and experience. ATXKS is incorporating full scale lead frame and substrate based package offerings with vast capacity support.

Currently, ATXKS's main package offerings include SO, PDIP, QFN, QFP, BGA and LGA, featuring both traditional wire bonding and advanced fine pitch technology. Our test technology supports all types of test, and encompasses analog, logic, and mixed signal. In addition, ATXKS also provides test development software and services for customers.

ATXKS facilities occupy an area on an overall land space of 1,073,998 square meters, which is poised to provide expansion for ATX's assembly, test, and bumping manufacturing plants.
