Incoming Quality Assurance

Incoming Quality Assurance ensures only qualified materials are used in production and a steady supply is received on time from partner suppliers. An extensive Vendor Quality Assurance Program is implemented to insure a continuous supply of high quality raw materials.

Customer Quality Engineering

Responsible and react as the contact window for customers, chair 8D team and issued corrective actions, monitored production history and steer implementation of improvement actions.

Quality Laboratory

ATXSZ is fully equipped with sophisticated reliability equipment, capable of performing JEDEC and other tests using international standards. We perform package failure analysis to give timely support, as well as state-of-the-art equipment. As part of our commitment to quality, reliability test monitor is also provided to customers. Meanwhile, our quality lab is Certified by one of key customers to perform package qualification.

Quality System

ATXSZ quality employees are trained and keep records of duties carried out according to prescribed methods bATXd on the latest documents to ensure that the constructed quality system is implemented in the prescribed manner. The quality system is periodically checked and evaluated though systematic internal quality audits and audits by ISO certification agencies to provide opportunities for improvement.

To ensure quality to supply products which meet customer needs in a timely manner, quality assurance group carry out activities bATXd on a consistent quality assurance system from the product planning stage through development, prototyping, initial production monitoring all the way to mass production PhATX.
