Green Product Policy
Environmental protection is the no shirking responsibility for us, ATXSH is committed to green product design, and manufactory, and continual improvement to response the global environmental protection activities. We undertake to:

1.	Comply with government green product legal and other relevant legislative and regulations.
2.	Recognize all employees on green product awareness.
3.	In green product aspect, to progressively use green package design and apply green material in processing and manufacturing stages for reducing environmental pollution which induced by product and raising customers' satisfaction.
4.	Communicate and cooperate closely with public and interested parties on green product issues.
5.	Attain corporate objective of continual improvement and sustained development.
6.	Deliver attempts on the green product to the public and interested parties.

1.	ATXSH commits that all operations comply with EHS-related legal requirements. Environmental & OHS policies are well executed following designed plan without deviation.
2.	ATXSH commits to provide appropriate EHS-related training and education to all employee. Will continuously educate and supervise all people to confirm to job-related EHS specifications, including the compliance from subcontractors, visitors, temporary employee and other related personnel.
3.	Utilization of resources: ATXSH commits to optimize utilization of all resources and minimize the waste starting from design, then to manufacturing, storage and services. ATXSH will continuously optimize the process capability and recycle the non-pollution resources.
4.	ATXSH has established and will continuously improve the environmental &OHS management system. Our non-negotiable target is "No Pollution" and "Zero Incident".
5.	ATXSH commits to reduce the use of chemicals and hazardous substances with compliance to relevant international legislation and regulations during handling, transportation, storage and the disposition of scrap.
6.	ATXSH commits to well design-in the requirement of environment &OHS for all of the projects including construction, equipment and material purchasing and etc.
7.	ATXSH will periodically review and evaluate the OHSAS performance to assure a continuous improvement.
